Day 01: Arrive Coimbatore Transfer to Ooty  (88 kms/ 3 hours drive)

Arrive at Coimbatore airport/station and transfer to Ooty by road.  Arrive and check-in to hotel.  The Queen of the Blue Mountains, Ooty is the most popular hill station in the South, located in the Western Ghats at a height of 2240m.  rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 02: In Ooty – Excursion to Conoor

After breakfast, visit Doddabetta, the peak (2634 meters) in the Nilgiris for beautiful vistas of the Nilgiri Hill ranges.  On to Coonoor, at an altitude of 2000 ft and only 17 kms from Ooty.  It is a small town with an equable climate that has made it popular as a hill resort in its own right .  The main attraction is the beautiful Sim’s park, a small well- maintained botanical garden that has several varieties of plants not to be around hill station.  Viewpoints and picnic spots around Coonoor include lamps Rock, Lady Canning’s Seat, Dolphin’s Nose.  St Catherine Falls, Law’s Falls, Ralliah Dam and Droog.

Day 03: In Ooty

After breakfast, visit the Government Botanical Garden, laid out in 1847 over 22 hectares of ascending slopes an elevation of 2500 mts.  In the evening, enjoy an optional boat ride on Ooty Lake.

Day 04: Transfer to Kodaikanal (272 kms /7 hours drive)

After breakfast, depart for Kodaikanal by road Kodaikanal.  Arrive and transfer to your hotel.  Kodaikanal is located admidst the verdant palani hills and is one of the most popular hill stations of india.  Visit palani Temple enroute.

Day 05: In Kodaikanal

After breakfast, visit Silver Cascade, a 180 foot high waterfall 8 kms from kodai lake and see Bear shola Falls.  Afternoon at leisure.

Day 06: In Kodaikanal

After breakfasts, visit Coakers walk, which runs along a steep slope on the southern side of kodai.  It offers some of the best views of the plains.  See Green valley view (Suicide point), which commands a beautiful view of the entire Vaigai dam.  Visit the pillar Rocks –three boulders standing shoulder – to- shoulder, vertically measuring 122 mts and silent.

Day 07: Transfer to Coimbatore (175 kms/ 4 hours drive)

After breakfast, depart for Coimbatore by road arrive and transfer to station/ airport.
